How to add new setup times for today only
* If you want to have the times be more than just today look at the layout editor *
You want to add a setup time because:
- you are going to busy during that hour,
- want to have a setup for that time,
- what to see what the setup would look like without changing what you have already done,
- or anything other reason you can think of.
Just click on the plus sign
Then click on the time you want to add either in the suggested time. If you don't see a time you want. Click on the in the custom time field (where it says 6:00pm) Find the time you want. Then click on Create!

[00:06] So, the easy or the cool thing about OneClick is that you cannot just do it for the current time. Now it's five o'clock, [inaudible] standard time. So, I'm in the 4:00 PM signup because I don't have a 5:00 PM lineup. And so, maybe I want that. And so, the way you can do that is hitting this plus sign, and you can see the suggest times based off of things. But it's not there the time that I want. So, maybe I want to make that five o'clock or maybe it's almost 5:30, so maybe I want to make that instead. So, I can click on create and you can see it made it there. And so, then I could go in and sit auto schedule and be able to create my lineup and set up. But I could then go to my seven o'clock and see like, “Hey, I'm not set up yet. Let's add a whole bunch of people.” And then I can also look at it and say, “Okay, looks like everyone is about the same spot.” So, maybe I want to reset that and then just move everybody around. That kind of a thing.
[01:07] The other cool thing is that I can go from today, I could do it tomorrow and see what it looks like. Obviously, we added some people already. But I could go then go in and do each lineup that I need for that day. And so, then I could do all of next week because I have the schedule posted and so I could say, “Hey, I have a ton of people and I have all these positions”. Obviously, I could just hit auto scheduler and it puts the ACEs in their places. Or I could sit here and drag them here obviously because she's in two spots, that's why it shows the two. But you could do that that whole time. And then you could do that for every single position all the way through, all the way through the week or and onwards. And you kind of go from there.
