Purpose
To explain the relationships between different HotSchedule job codes and the OneClick platform.
To streamline your operations, it's important to understand how OneClick associates with your HotSchedules job codes.
When all the leaders have the same job code (like "Leadership", or "Shift Leader"), there is no distinction between FOH and BOH placement for the leaders. In this case, OneClickApp would be configured to assign leaders to both the FOH and BOH, unless it is requested by you to be in different locations.
Add an Area
OneClick can also help create a more areas for your store. For example, you can have an area called Driver, which can auto-populate based on that HotSchedules job code.

What are the options?
OneClick is customizable to use job codes to assign team members to specific positions. For leaders, it is common to use different job codes for the FOH leaders versus the BOH leaders.

Adjusting Team Members Areas
OneClick allows you to quickly adjust who is assigned to what area. To do this, long press or long click on anyones name in the Shifts page. Scroll down to see the person's schedule. Press "Edit". In this window you can force assign them to the FOH or BOH area.
