Break FAQ's
Someone on my lineup is showing without a break indicator. Why is this?
This is because this person does not need a break for this shift. This usually means the Team Member's shift is lower than the configured time frame for the first break.
Do Team Members clock-in and clock-out with breaks?
No. Team Members will still need to use their regular clocking system. OneClick Breaks are only for Leaders to track. Team Members can check the status on their breaks if they download and sign into the OneClick App.
What if a Team Member decided to not take a break?
You can advance this persons break through the three stages (red, green, blue), to then indicate they are done. Or you can skip them and not use their break advancements but move onto the next Team Member.
I accidentally sent someone on their break. Can I change this?
Yes. If OneClick break reporting is crucial to your store, you can go to that person's profile, click on "Breaks", the expand details for that shift. You can now Edit each break. If break reporting is NOT crucial to your store, you can simply cycle through the break stages to reset to Red - not taken break.
