In this video, we look at Filtered Ratings. To start, navigate to the team members tab where you will find the rating section of the application. You can select a specific user to explore their rating history.
Once in the user profile, you can view the entire rating history by clicking on the training tab. To focus on a specific rating area, such as headset ratings, simply select that category to see the most recent rating.
Here, you can find the last recorded rating date and details about who submitted the rating, along with any notes provided. This context is vital for informed updates.
If you determine that a user's communication skills have improved, you can easily update their rating. Adjust the communication score as needed. For other categories, you may decide to keep existing ratings based on performance.
After making your adjustments, click “Submit.” If the overall score doesn’t update immediately, it may be because the current rating is still in place. This filtering option allows you to assess performance easily and make necessary changes.
You can apply the same filtering method for other categories, such as bagger ratings. Here, you might find multiple ratings dating back several years, alongside more recent submissions.
If you wish to revisit all ratings, simply click on the rating you selected to filter, for example, Headset. If you select a rating that hasn’t been submitted, the system will prompt you, indicating that there’s nothing to display. This ensures you always have an organized and clear rating history.

[00:00] Hi everyone, this is Kevin from OneClick. In this video I'm going to show you one of the new features in our 3.8 release. In this part we're going to take the ratings and be able to filter it to be able to see it a little bit better. So the way that you do that is by getting to the rating section. I'm going to go to a specific person.
[00:20] So we're going to say Hannah here because she has a lot of ratings. So inside of Hannah's, right now I can see all of the history here, but I want to be able to see, hey, I just want to see what her headset one is. Seeing when the last time is, I can go through and re-rate her there, or I can see, hey, the last time was November. And it just shows that James sprayed it on her headset, here's the notes behind it. And then I can go, oh, that's about where I put her, maybe a little bit more in communication now that she's been improved so I can go through and update that say hey now she's a five she always
[00:57] Communicates very well probably is still about a three on cleanliness needs to Then I could submit it and you can see here that in this case it doesn't update because she's still a four star, but that's the idea of I can filter it that way and I could do the same thing for a bagger. I can see hey here's in this case three different ones, one dating back all the way to 2021, or we have the one in last November.
[01:40] And so I can go through and do that. And I can also click on bagger here or wherever the one I was before, and I can just go back to see them all again. Or if I click on one that hasn't been rated, it will say, hey, there's nothing here.
[01:54] Let's resubmit something and be able to submit it that way. Let's resubmit something and be able to submit it that way. Hopefully that helps you guys with your ratings.
