OneClickApp now offers the capability to add signatures to infractions.
Infractions now have an option to add signatures.
Infraction Signatures:
To add a signature to an infraction, simply click on the signature box (see above), then click and hold (on a computer) or touch and hold (on a mobile device) to draw your signature. By default, leaders can add a signature to an infraction. Note that there is also an option for an employee to add a signature to an infraction.
Edit Signatures:
Based on your settings (which we will go over later in this article), you can edit one or both signatures on an infraction using the “edit event” button. This can be found under the “infractions” tab in the Team Member’s employee profile.
Which will take you to a window like this:
From here, if your settings allow, you will be able to edit both or one of the signatures on the infraction. Note that once an infraction expires, you can no longer edit it.
Infraction Signature Settings:
To allow you to set up signatures in a way that is effective and convenient for you and your team, we added some settings to the infractions that you can personalize. To access these settings, simply click on the settings icon in the “infractions” tab found on any employee profile.
This button will take you to the infraction settings screen, where you will be able to see the following settings:
Global Settings:
These three checkboxes determine general or “global” settings for your infraction signature. If the first box is checked, all edits to infractions will be allowed, regardless of other settings.
If the second box is checked, all submitted signatures will be able to be edited.
If the third checkbox is checked, no signatures will be able to be edited after the infraction is submitted.
Note: These settings will override all other infraction settings.
Leader Signature:
In the “Acknowledgement” text box, you can write an acknowledgement that will be displayed before a leader adds their signature to an infraction.
In the dropdown above, labeled “Leader Signature Requirement,” you can set whether a leader signature will be required before an infraction is submitted or not.
Using the checkbox (shown above), you will be able to allow or disallow the signature being edited after the infraction is submitted.
Employee Signature:
In the “Acknowledgement” text box, you can write an acknowledgement that will be displayed before an employee adds their signature to an infraction.
In the dropdown above, labeled “Employee Signature Requirement,” you can set whether an employee signature will be required before an infraction is submitted or not.
Using the checkbox (shown above), you will be able to allow or disallow the signature being edited after the infraction is submitted.
Note that this section is exactly the same as the corresponding section for leaders.
