Overview
Leader Only Checklist will help simplify the checklist chaos by only showing checklist to a certain group of permissions. This may include tasks such as the daily safe count or manager walk-throughs, ensuring important checklists are managed by authorized personnel.
Adding Permissions
Creating a leadership checklist is simple and follows the same steps as creating a regular checklist. The only difference is you now have an option to select what permission level is required to view and complete this checklist. If this is left blank, it will default to all Team Members.
Ensure to press "Save" when updating the checklist.
Viewing & Completing
A "Leader Only" icon will be displayed next to the checklist to indicate restricted access.
If a team member does not have the necessary permissions, the checklist associated with their position will not be assigned to them.
FAQs
How does the auto-checklist feature behave with leadership checklists?
When a checklist is set to a required leadership level, the Auto-Checklist feature will be automatically disabled and the system will not auto-assign anyone to that checklist.
