Introducing a reward system for your team! You can customize rewards, monitor employee progress, and provide immediate feedback.
The following is a transcript of the video generated by a computer. The wording may be different.
[00:05] All right, so this is the reward system as it's currently in. We are in the process of updating that, and when we do this video it won't exist anymore. So, that's kind of cool. Anyway, so I can click on this reward system and you can change all these pictures to be kind of goofy things that your leaders do or whatever. And so, I could go in and find someone that did a really good job today. And so, I could look at Carson and go, okay, Carson, you just got $5 or five Moola. Or maybe Haley did a good job and I want to put that there. And so, you can see how I have infinity amount of it because I'm a director level in this store. If I was someone else, let's see, Hannah? Nope. Let me find someone.
[00:55] So, you can see who has then. The management directors have infinity amount of money they can give to people. But let's say Hayden here. Hayden we can go into him and see, okay, he has a $40 budget, and because I'm logged in, I can increase his and say, “You now have $50 because you are awesome”, whatever. Then he has 50. And so, he could then go in and say, Hayden could do, I'm going to reward someone, or I could reward Hayden specifically this way. And so, I could do, “Hey, I'm going to give you five for being awesome”, or whatever, did something cool, whatever. So, now he has $5. And so, he could, if I wanted to say, “Hey, he wasn't doing very good”, I'm going to de deduct one for not wearing a belt, or whatever your determined values are. So, now he has four.
[02:03] I could then transfer my own money from myself to Hayden. So, let's say I'm paying him something. And so, it would take it from me personally, not my budget that the store gives. If I logged in under Hayden, he could then go in and this is what it kind of looked like, is it says how much I've given. But then he could go into a different person and hit reward and that would give them that much money. So, I could give myself a million. Obviously. Reward myself. I tried. But you can go in and say, “Okay, this is how much I've given”, and so maybe that's how much they have to give in a certain amount of period or whatever. Or the same way through here. This I could reward someone, maybe give someone 50, whatever.
[03:00] The other way that you can add rewards to someone rather than going into their actual profile like this, going to Moola and then doing all of that, you can just click on a reward system here. So, if I wanted to give Bennett here some money, I could say, “Hey, have five for being an awesome driver”, and then that's how I could submit that. And so, I don't have to— I can then easily search for someone, whether I search with, you know, sort them by their name or I could search people up here. Obviously, typing directly. I could also see who just has money, because I'm at director level I'm able to access this. And so, I can see like Ezra has $1 and he has a budget of 20. So, I could sort on who has all of these, most of them are directors. And then you have your other stuff where all of these have some money, or we can see that Ryan spent all of his money. And so, I could go through and say, Okay, how much money did everybody spend? Oh, he spent his whole budget. Maybe I should give him some more. I need more people to have it.”
[04:13] Or I could go like this and say, “Okay, this person has 50, maybe she doesn't deserve that. Let's take it off”. So, I could go, okay, let's, you know, deduct some for whatever reason. Or I think Abel's killing it, and transfer some money to her. Boom. Or, “Hey, I think that Victoria needs some more money. She needs to increase her budget”. Whatever. Whatever that case is. Or you can hit here, see all information, and it will do your Moola stuff plus your training. And so, you could say, “Okay, let's reward everyone who has a five star on driver.” “Oh, looks like it's only these two. Okay, let's add some more to them”, or whatever the case may be.
[04:58] The kind of cool thing though is that I can use this cowboy hat to sign in. So, I have to kind of set up first not Cleaner, because Cleaner has limited amount of money. Let's go with Ryan because he's a team leader. So, Ryan, who's a team leader, and I could see I have a budget of 20. And so, when I go to the reward system, I only have up to 20. And so, if I give $20 or 20 Moola to Ethan— Oops, not send them on break. Could go in here to their profile and I can't give them any money because I don't have any left to give. When I look at it, I give all the way my, all my money. And so, I could ask for more money from a director or someone, because now I have zero. But when I sign out and I'm back to my Kevin, myself, I now have unlimited money again, and so [inaudible] to that.
[06:12] And so, I've seen most stores who have this feature turned on, that they then say, okey it costs this much money to get, you know, a new belt or a new name tag, or some new like Chick-fil-A shoes or something from the Chick-fil-A store, you know, shoes for crews, all that kind of stuff. Or you could do, Hey, I'm getting this much off of my, you know, to get free food or whatever the case may be. So, you're not having to worry about “Here's some tickets that they're going to lose”. It's all in one place.
