One-off Tasks

Assign one-off tasks to individuals to help track progress and improve operational efficiency.

Assign a one-off task to an individual, provide a due date, then track to ensure the task is completed.

Create

Creating a one-off task is simple. Follow the steps below to get started. 

In the left menu, click on Checklists.
Press "One-off Tasks" in the checklist menu.

 

Fill in the tasks name, task type, due date, and select an employee to be assigned to this. Press "Create".

 

 

View/Edit/Delete

In the One-off Tasks view, scroll through to see the tasks for yourself or that you have assigned. The tasks will be sorted into three categories - Overdue Tasks, Incomplete Tasks, Completed Tasks.

You are able to edit an individual task, delete it, or mark as complete.
