Passports Report is a comprehensive tool designed to track and analyze the training progress of team members across various positions.
Key Features:
Trained Team Members by Position:- Horizontal Chart: Displays the number of trained team members per position with a clear purple legend.
- Access: Go to the Team Members screen and check the horizontal chart under Reports > Passports Tab.
- This Chart: Illustrates passport statuses:
- Green: Stamped
- Blue: Completed
- Yellow: Started
- Red: Not Started
- Access: Sort team members by position, then go to Reports > Passports > Completion Rate by Position.
- Easily update team member passport statuses and see changes in real time.
- Access: Choose a team member, update their status, and check the values under Training Reports > Completion Rate.
- View training completion rates by permission level (e.g., Director, Manager).
- Access: Go to Reports > Passports > Completion Rate By Permission Levels, select team members, and make updates.
- Monitor recent passport ratings and updates for each team member.
- Access: Rate multiple team members' passports and go to Reports > Passports > Recent Passports for updates.
