To ensure a consistent experience, OneClick has a built in option to use our latest design or stick to the legacy version of the app.
Recently, we released a new version of OneClick in hopes that we could provide a better experience in the app. However, we realize that not all stores want to make the transition to the new version right now. To help with this, we are maintaining the original version of the app for continued use. We’ve built a toggle to switch between the two versions. This article covers using the toggle on both the web and mobile app version of OneClick.
Web
From the latest version of OneClick, locate the roster on the right side of your screen. At the top of the roster you should see the following:
Clicking the yellow button that says “Viewing the new OneClick. Back to original” will take you to the og.oneclickapp.com URL, where the original site is located.
From the original site, you can look at the top of the roster and see the following:
The yellow button that says “Viewing original. Try the new experience” will take you back to the latest version of OneClick at login.oneclickapp.com.
Mobile
First, ensure that your OneClick mobile app has been updated to the latest version by visiting the App Store or the Google Play Store.
On the new version, at the top of the roster (similar to the web version) you should see similar options.
Clicking the yellow button that says “Viewing the new OneClick. Back to original” will restore the original version of OneClick on your mobile app.\
On the original version, you will see similar options to the second screenshot above at the top of the roster.
The yellow button that says “Viewing original. Try the new experience” will take you back to the latest version of OneClick.
