Frequently asked questions guide about permission levels for Chick-fil-A.

Do leaders need to have both the Team Member and the leadership permission checked?

Yes. If the Team Member permission level isn’t checked, it will show they are terminated.

 


Do Shift Leaders need to have Trainer and Team Leader checked?

No, Not every permission level needs to be checked. Just the one they are on and the Team Member. 


What is Longterm Employee, and do I need it checked?

Yes, this is mainly for operators who are not in Hotschedules on a regular basis. This permission tells our system: “Even though this employee isn’t in Hotschedules, keep them in OneClick please”

 


I have a store iPad to have OneClick on who should I sign in as?

This is what we call our Service Account. Typically sign in with the store number @chick-fil-a.com (xxxxx@chick-fil-a.com). You can see more info by going to the service account here.
