Demonstration video showcasing the mentioned features.

The following is a transcript of the video generated by a computer. The wording may be different.

[00:00] Hey everyone from One Click, this is Kevin. In this video I'm going to go over the basics of messaging. So if you click on to the messaging icon here or the chat feature, it'll pull up this. So I'm looking at from a team member perspective. And so you can see here that it automatically, I've already joined this general one. This will have all of the team members on here. In this case there are only four in this example store and two of them are online, which in this case is team member me and director me. You can see a Kevin director test, which in this

[00:41] case is just me and the director, so like a direct message, or like this one that I haven't invited and been accepted yet. So I can go in and say, hey I've been invited to this test group, and so I could say, hey I want to accept, and now I've joined that group. Now inside I'll pick on this direct message one. I can go in and type and send a normal text message. So maybe I say hi, I can go in and say, hey I want to send a GIF. So I can open that up if I've already saved that, or if I'm on mobile I can use that GIF

[01:17] keyboard and I can send that off and say hello there. I can save maybe or send a picture so maybe I'm saying hey I got this error so I can send the picture I got this error or whatever. And you can send that. And then as another person, so maybe the director in this case, because he's the only one that has access to this, or another team member, if I put it into the general one,

[01:52] I can go in and hit on reply. And I can reply to this message so it doesn't get super long, and kind of cloud the thing and say maybe like which browser... whatever I can type. Are you using? From here then it will show the one reply. So if I come off of this it'll say hey it's been one reply maybe on my other screen I'm totally just typing update to f16 ios. So now there are two replies. So I can open that up and I can see that message

[02:35] that way. Now I can always come in here as a person and I can reply to this one and it will like put it in the message itself. So maybe like cool, I don't know, something like that and we'll like reference that rather than the main one. I can also pin this message. So what that means is it pins it. So now I can click on here and it will show which messages are pinned in this group. So I can come back out here, maybe I pin this one also.

[03:08] So now I can come up to here and I can see like, hey, this one is here. Now when I click on it, it'll jump straight to that section or to that message. So I don't have to search for it, I can just do that kind of a thing. I can also send videos. So if I open it up and I send this video here, I can then send it and then we can obviously play it in the little small view or I can make it big screen and play and I can hear myself talk. You can even add,

[03:40] I don't know if you can, but we can send videos. This one's a little short one, but I'm pretty sure you can send longer ones also. You can also add emojis. So I can go in and say, oh I like this one, I'm going to heart it, or maybe I want to give a thumbs up also, so then someone else can come in to that particular thing and can open it up and you can see who's done, who's clicked on the heart, who's clicked on the thumbs up on my other screen. I'm totally going to add to that. So now there are two people. So I gave the heart,

[04:30] so I'm going to give the thumbs up as the example. You can also add PDFs. So maybe it's like, hey, I want to see what the, someone asked me to find the permission table, I can click on that, and then I can open it up, and it'll open it up in a new tab. In this case, it's trying to save it. So I'm going to cancel that and it won't save, but you can do it that way. I can also send links.

[04:57] That's not the link that I wanted. So maybe I find on my other page, hey, what is the main website for OneClick? So I can then type that in and paste it in here. So when I click on the link that I just added, it'll take us to our website because that's the link that I provided,

[05:21] and you can see that here. So that's all for the basics of the messaging. All of this is in a direct message, but we can also look at the same thing at a, in this case, this one is showing for every team member and it's the same kind of concept. In the next video we'll talk about more the admin side of it. What the difference

[05:45] between like freezing and unfreezing is. How to create multiple channels more than just a direct message like this, but creating like a rules channel and how to delete things and different stuff that an admin or a director can do.
