Vendor Bridge integration instructions

How to integrate OneClickApp with Vendor Bridge and receive data about team members and schedules.

OneClickApp works with Vendor Bridge to receive data about team members and schedules. Connecting to Vendor Bridge takes less than 5 minutes and requires the operator to sign in to CFA Home, then follow these steps:

Navigate to Vendor Bridge. Use the menus or follow this link.

1. Select the Explore All Vendors.
Find the OneClickApp vendor card.
Click Connect

2. On the Add Data Integration dialog box, select Continue. vb 2

 

3. Review the agreement, ensuring you scroll all the way to the end of the form. Select Next. vb 3

 

4. Enter your name in the field and tap I Accept. vb 4

 

5. Confirm that OneClickApp is added to "My Vendors". VendorBridge will report that the data has not been accessed, and the process is not yet complete. vb 5

 

6. Go to this integration page on OneClickApp's website. At this point, you have already completed step #1.

Click "Authenticate with CFA home"

7. Sign in with your CFA Home credentials to complete the process. After successfully signing in, wait for the loading spinner to finish.

8. (Optional) Confirm that the VendorBridge banner inside OneClickApp has turned green.

If the banner is still yellow, something isn't finished. Verify that each of the steps in this guide was completed (step #6 in this guide is the step most frequently missed).

FAQs:

  • Does the operator need a login for OneClickApp?
    • No. The operator does need to visit OneClickApp as described in Step #6, but it is not necessary to have a OneClickApp account (to login via Google/email).
  • When we have multiple stores, how do we make sure each one in connected via Vendor Bridge?
    • The operator's approval will apply to all stores connected to the operator.
    • The green banner will change for each store when the process is complete.
  • Why do we need to switch to Vendor Bridge?
    • Vendor Bridge is the official platform for operators to share data with OneClickApp.
  • Why does OneClick need access to Sensitive HR information?
    • OneClickApp uses employee birthdates to display minor status icons and calculate breaks correctly based on team member age in some states.

      • Schedule Data
      • Team member data

        * Note that Social Security Numbers are never shared with OneClickApp. The "Person ID" field mentioned above refers to the HotSchedules Employee Number.
