Help logging in to OneClickApp - How to Fix Common OneClickApp Login Problems

Unscheduled team members may be archived. CFA wifi may block the login flow. Use the Trouble Signing In link for other issues - Help with logging in to OneClick

Login for the first time

If your HotSchedules email is a Gmail address, you can sign in using Google.

If your HotSchedules email is not a Gmail address, click "Create Account." You will need to provide a name and create a password.

After setting this up, you can log in using your email address and the password you created.

Possible solution #1:

OneClick synchronizes with Hot Schedules for the user list and when a user is not included in any shifts in Hot Schedules, OneClick will move them to “Archived” status and they will not be able to login to OneClick. To restore access, add them to a shift and wait for the next sync cycle (1 to 15 minutes) and the user will be reactivated. Another option is to add “Longterm Employee” permissions to their record to keep them in the system even when they aren’t scheduled in Hot Schedules. Contact OneClick support to if the Longterm Employee option isn’t available under their user profile page.

Possible solution #2:

Sometimes the Chick-fil-A® WIFI networks block the OneClick login flow. This is a sporadic issue and may cause problems one day and not the next. To work around this issue, try using another internet source (like a phone hotspot) to login. After the OneClick has authenticate, the app can be used like normal, even on the CFA wifi.

If neither of the above solutions helped and there are still problems logging in, click on the "Trouble Signing In?" link on the login page. Then contact support if necessary.
