Customize your Training Ratings with the Settings page.

Overview
Training Rating Settings provides improved control for your training program. While this was previously done through the OneClick Support Team, you now have to ability to create training positions, reorder them based on your progression of learning, create a rating criteria, and build the star system for rating that position, all on your own! While our team loves helping our customers, we understand the inconvenience of submitting tickets for training updates. We hope this feature will provide more control and flexibility for everyone!

Accessing
1. In the left main menu, go to Settings, then click on Training Ratings. | ![]() |
Add Position
1. While in Training Ratings, press the "Create New" button on the upper left. |

2. Type a position name, then set a Criteria, or the behaviors being rated. |

3. Press "Create". | ![]() |
Edit Position
Edit position name, Criteria, and rating rubrics.
1. While in Training Ratings, you can edit the individual positions by select the Kebab Menu (three dots). |

2. Press Edit. | ![]() |
3. In this window you can:

4. Adjust Criteria Rubric. From the Criteria dropdown, choose the option you would like to edit. |

5. Make changes to what you want each star level to mean for your program. Or, you can press "Use Default Settings" to enable our template system. |

6. Scroll down and press "Save" before leaving the window. "Cancel" will revert changes back to original. |

Copy Position
Easy copy position to create a new one from the same template.
1. While in Training Ratings, you can edit the individual positions by select the Kebab Menu (three dots). |

2. Press Copy. |
|
3. A new copy of the position will be created at the bottom of your training list. | ![]() |
Delete Position
Don't want to use a training position any longer? Follow the steps below to delete.
1. While in Training Ratings, you can edit the individual positions by select the Kebab Menu (three dots). |

2. Press Delete. |
|
3. Confirm deletion. | ![]() |
Deactivate Position
This will allow you work on a position without making it live, or saving a position without it being live.
1. While in Training Ratings, you can edit the individual positions by select the Kebab Menu (three dots). |

Yes! We would love to help get your training system up and running! When updates or refinements are needed, we will encourage you to try it yourself! We built it so anyone can manage the system ongoing. Contact us for customization support.
Does this system replace the Customization Rubric?
Yes...and no. Some stores enjoy the Customization Rubric because it provides an overview of all their default settings. New customers will still be offered customization assistance, but current customers we hope you can learn how to manage training on your own (with our help!).
Why is there a Passport linked to a Training Rating position?
Great question! Passports are linked to Training Rating position because they are both part of our training feature! Passports are your training checklists while Training Ratings help you track the ongoing progression/digression of an individuals performance. Learn more here!
